The personal data that we collect and how we use it

The data that we routinely collect includes subscribers’ names and email address. We collect this data directly from individuals when they subscribe to the LTN mailing list.

We also collect, use and share Aggregated Data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Aggregated Data may be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data in law as this data does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your Usage Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature. We will hold your data for the duration of your subscription to our mailing list(s).

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, e-mail address, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment.
