HMRC Clearances
Technical - up to 10 yrs PQE
It is crucial to consider the tax implications of any corporate transaction even though there is always a risk that HMRC will take a different view after the event. Obtaining clearance from HMRC before the transaction can help minimise that risk and provide much-needed certainty.

Nick Wright will explain the benefits of applying for advance clearance on a transaction from HMRC, the different types of clearance that can be sought, and the process for such applications. This talk will be of particular interest to corporate tax practitioners, as well as other tax professionals who would like an insight into this area.

After the talk, there will be an opportunity to network and exchange ideas over drinks and canapés.

Venue: RPC, Tower Bridge House, St Katharine's Way, London E1W 1AA (Tower Hill, Tower Gateway stations)

Members price: £free

This event is open to young professionals (up to 10 years PQE). Please respect this limit for effective networking.
