Judicial review is often seen as a “black box” without the same clarity as normal tribunal proceedings. Constantine will discuss the relevance of Judicial Review for tax – what is it, how it should be used and what recent changes have been brought into the process. This talk should shed some light on how the JR process can be used to assist clients where Tribunal proceedings may not be the best or correct forum to discuss the issue.
