Research and development tax reliefs have been in the spotlight recently due to an increased HMRC focus on claims, as well as upcoming changes to the legislative framework. Anthony Lalsing will explain the basics and different types of R&D reliefs available, what is required to make a claim, and the upcoming changes to the reliefs. This talk will be of particular interest to corporate tax practitioners, as well as other tax professionals who would like to better understand this area and why it has been in the news so much lately.
 
After the talk, there will be an opportunity to network and exchange ideas over drinks and canapés.
