HMRC is paying closer attention to trusts than ever before, both in terms of ensuring trust details are registered and kept up to date where necessary, and in collecting the right amount of tax on trust income and assets. Claire Skipper of Dixon Wilson will explain how UK resident and offshore trusts work and how they are taxed by reference to practical case studies. This talk will be of interest to both personal and corporate tax practitioners whose clients are setting up or are the beneficiaries of a trust.
 
After the talk, there will be an opportunity to network and exchange ideas over drinks and canapés.
